T3 #001: Wait, I’m back! Is this thing on? 🎤
Welcome to the first edition of The Thursday Trailblazer! 🔥
TBH – You’re probably one of the only ones to see this since you’re OG.
But what is this?
This is the start of a weekly newsletter series where I’ll share 1 insight about the one thing we never learned in school.
Money.
The past decade has been a rollercoaster:
- Earning $35,000+ of scholarships to attend San Jose State University
- Paying off over $18,000 of student loan debt in my first 13 months of graduating
- Buying my 1st real estate investment triplex (and the mistakes made)
But sharing my journey to help others avoid my mistakes isn’t new.
Flashback to September 8, 2020…
…I made my first Facebook post to see if anyone would be interested.
9 people said “Yes!”
I was STOKED!
You might be one of those 9 that helps sparked my ambition down this path.
Within one week I fell flat on my face.
Imposter syndrome set in. 😕
All progress came to an end.
Fast-forward to today and there is still a burning desire to do something.
So, I did.
What you can expect
There are three different ways that I hope you find helpful:
1 // Every Thursday receive one actionable money tip, trick, or strategy
This can be a step-by-step guide or a diving deep into topics like “What is a high-yield savings account?”
2 // Free Guides, templates, & articles
This week I relaunched my website where I’ll continue to add helpful resources you can use for free.
3 // Digital Video Courses and Coaching
From helping friends recover from $50,000+ in credit card debt to developing their first budget – identifying simple habits and tactics are usually the most helpful.
Resources to get you started
